Cognitive Behavioural Coaching
Cognitive behavioural coaching, or CBC is used to develop ways of thinking and the associated behaviours that support achievement of your desired goals in life. CBC aims to promote new thoughts and behaviours to the point where they become internalised as new helpful habits.
Solution Focused Coaching
Solution focused coaching assumes that clients know the best way to approach the achievement of their goals. The coach helps to explore new ways of leveraging opportunities and strengths to get to where you want to be. You learn from what you have done well in the past and apply this new insight to create alternative solutions to current challenges.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative, person-centered form of guiding to elicit and strengthen motivation for change. Facilitative questioning will help you to discover and strengthen your own reasons for change, as well as your confidence or self-efficacy about changing.
