Talent management and wellbeing resources for your organisation

Get in touch if you would like to discuss the added 'oomph' that the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS) can add to your leadership coaching and wellbeing programs.  I can also help with talent management; I am familiar with a variety of talent assessment and development  tools including assessment centres, 360 feedback, CBI and psychometric testing. I have British Psychological Society certification in Level A and Level B occupational testing and I am qualified to administer and use the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ),  the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS) and Hogan Assessments. I can offer individual coaching for staff, or counselling for those who would benefit from employee assistance.

The GLWS has been developed specifically to understand the wellbeing factors which are shaping a leader’s ability to perform and stay at their best – at work and in their personal lives. 

The GLWS Personal Wellbeing Report provides deep insights into a range of challenges which influence wellbeing (such as difficulties with boundaries) that might otherwise remain hidden. 

 

For individuals, an in-depth debrief helps to identify and address targeted wellbeing priorities, underpinned by additional resources and professional support.

At team level the GLWS Team Report uncovers the common wellbeing themes affecting the team’s performance and can be used to shape team interventions, workshops and change programs. 

And at an organisational level GLWS helps to move beyond typical wellbeing offerings  by highlighting the specific positive and negative well being drivers and needs of your own people.
